End User License Agreement (EULA)

1 Million Heroes (the “Application”) is a product and brand owned and operated by Jobsenz Pte Ltd, located at:
10 Buroh Street, #03-30, West Connect Building, Singapore 627564
(“Licensor”)
It is licensed to You (“End-User”) under the terms of this Agreement.
1. Definitions
- “Application”: The 1 Million Heroes interactive digital platform, including all content, features, updates, and associated services.
- “End-User”: You, the individual granted a license to use the Application.
- “Licensor”: Jobsenz Pte Ltd, the entity that owns and operates the Application.
- “Contribution”: Any content (text, images, audio, feedback, etc.) submitted by the End-User through the Application.
2. The Application
- The Application is designed to inspire and empower children through positive habit formation, storytelling, and gamified challenges. It integrates behavioral science and emotional well-being tools in an engaging, interactive format.
- ⚠️ Note: The Application is not compliant with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA, GLBA). If you are subject to such laws, you may not use it.
3. Scope of License
3.1 A non-transferable, non-exclusive license is granted to install and use the Application.
3.2 This includes updates unless governed by a separate license.
3.3 Redistribution or third-party sharing is prohibited without written consent.
3.4 You may not reverse engineer or modify the Application.
3.5 Copies may only be stored on your personal devices.
3.6 Violations may result in legal action.
3.7 Licensor may modify license terms.
3.8 You must also comply with applicable third-party terms (e.g., platform rules).
4. Technical Requirements
4.1 The Application requires Chrome v95.0.4638.69 or later.
4.2 Latest browser and OS versions are recommended.
4.3 You are responsible for meeting the technical requirements.
4.4 Licensor may update these specifications.
5. Maintenance and Support
5.1 Licensor provides all support services.
5.2 Platform providers have no support obligation.
5.3 Availability, updates, or bug fixes are not guaranteed.
6. Use of Data
- The Licensor may access or manage your Application data under its Privacy Policy and relevant laws (e.g., Singapore PDPA, GDPR).
7. User Generated Contributions
- You may submit content (“Contributions”) via forums, chats, blogs, etc., which may be publicly visible. You agree that:
- Your Contributions don’t violate copyrights, laws, or third-party rights.
- You own or have rights to submit them.
- They are not misleading, harassing, obscene, or discriminatory.
- They do not exploit minors or violate privacy rights.
- We may use them (non-exclusively) for promotional and platform development purposes.
- Violation may result in account termination or content removal.
8. Contribution License
- By submitting Contributions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the operation and promotion of the Application.
- You retain full ownership of your intellectual property.
- You acknowledge that:
- We may edit or remove content.
- Contributions may be publicly visible.
- You are not entitled to compensation.
9. Liability
9.1 Licensor is liable only in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9.2 Backup is your responsibility. Unauthorized alterations void your license.
9.3 Licensor’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Application.
10. Warranty
10.1 Licensor guarantees the Application is malware-free at download.
10.2 No warranty applies if improperly used, modified, or used with incompatible devices.
10.3 You must report defects within 90 days to: hello@1millionheroes.com
10.4 If confirmed, Jobsenz may fix or replace the Application.
11. Return Policy (Physical Products Only)
- Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery.
- Must be unused, in original packaging.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Partial refunds may apply for:
- Items not in original condition
- Items returned after 10 days
11.1 Refunds
- Once inspected, you’ll be notified by email. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Delayed Refunds
- Check your bank or card account.
- Contact your provider if delays occur.

Note: Sale items are non-refundable.
11.2 Exchanges
- Only defective or damaged items may be exchanged.
Email hello@1millionheroes.com to initiate. Return address will be provided upon request.
11.3 Gifts
- If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a credit. Otherwise, refunds go to the original buyer.
11.4 Shipping Returns
- Return address in India (provided upon request).
- You pay shipping fees (non-refundable).
- We recommend using a trackable service.
11.5 Digital Products
- All digital/downloadable products are non-refundable and non-returnable once accessed.

13. Termination
- This license terminates upon breach of terms. You must delete the Application and cease use immediately.
14. Third-Party Terms
- Licensor agrees to comply with all third-party agreements and platform rules during use.
15. Intellectual Property Rights
- Jobsenz Pte Ltd is solely responsible for defending any third-party claims of intellectual property infringement related to the Application.
16. Applicable Law
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
17. Miscellaneous
17.1 Invalid provisions do not affect the rest of the Agreement.
17.2 Amendments must be in writing. This clause can only be waived in writing.
