End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of 1 Million Heroes (the “Application”), owned and operated by Jobsenz Pte Ltd, headquartered at:

By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Application you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Definitions
- “Application” – The 1 Million Heroes interactive platform including all content, features, updates and associated services.
- “End-User” – You, the individual granted a license to use the Application.
- “Licensor” – Jobsenz Pte Ltd.
- “Contribution” – Any content (text, images, audio, feedback, etc.) submitted by the End-User through the Application.
2. About the Application
The Application is designed to inspire and empower children and families worldwide through positive habit formation, storytelling, hero spotlights and gamified challenges. It is not designed to comply with sector-specific regulations such as HIPAA, FISMA or GLBA. If you are subject to those laws you may not use it.
3. Scope of License
3.1 You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application on your personal devices.
3.2 Updates are included unless accompanied by a separate license.
3.3 Redistribution, resale or third-party sharing is prohibited without written consent.
3.4 Reverse-engineering, decompiling or modifying the Application is prohibited.
3.5 Copies may only be stored on devices you control.
3.6 Violations may result in suspension, termination or legal action.
3.7 Licensor may modify license terms with notice.
3.8 You must comply with applicable third-party platform rules (e.g. App Store, Google Play).
4. Technical Requirements
4.1 A modern browser (Chrome 95+ or equivalent) or current mobile OS is required.
4.2 You are responsible for meeting technical requirements.
4.3 Licensor may update specifications at any time.
5. Maintenance & Support
5.1 Jobsenz Pte Ltd provides support directly.
5.2 Platform providers (Apple, Google, etc.) have no support obligation.
5.3 Availability, updates or bug fixes are not guaranteed.
6. Use of Data
Use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy (last updated 20 Sep 2025).
Licensor stores data securely on AWS servers located in India and Singapore and handles it in compliance with Singapore PDPA, GDPR and other relevant laws.
7. User-Generated Contributions
You may submit Contributions via forums, chats, blogs or uploads. By doing so you agree:
- You own or have rights to your Contributions.
- They do not infringe copyright, privacy or other third-party rights.
- They are not misleading, harassing, obscene, discriminatory or harmful to minors.
We may moderate or remove Contributions and suspend accounts for violations.
8. Contribution License
By submitting Contributions, you grant Jobsenz Pte Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify and display your content for operation and promotion of the Application.
- You retain ownership of your intellectual property.
- Contributions may be publicly visible.
- You are not entitled to compensation.
9. Liability
9.1 Licensor is liable only for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9.2 You are responsible for backing up your data. Unauthorized alterations void your license.
9.3 Licensor’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the Application.
10. Warranty
10.1 Licensor warrants the Application is free of known malware at download.
10.2 No warranty applies if used improperly, modified or run on incompatible devices.
10.3 Report defects within 90 days to hello@1millionheroes.com.
10.4 If confirmed, Jobsenz may repair or replace the Application.
11. Physical Product Returns & Refunds
11.1 Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items: gift cards, downloadable software.
11.2 Refunds – After inspection you’ll be notified by email. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Sale items are non-refundable.
11.3 Exchanges – Only defective or damaged items may be exchanged. Email hello@1millionheroes.com to initiate.
11.4 Gifts – If marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit; otherwise refunds go to the original purchaser.
11.5 Shipping Returns – Return address in India (provided upon request). You pay shipping fees (non-refundable). Use a trackable service.
11.6 Digital Products – All digital/downloadable products are non-refundable once accessed.

13. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. You must delete the Application and cease use immediately.
14. Third-Party Terms
Licensor agrees to comply with applicable third-party agreements and platform rules. You must do the same.
15. Intellectual Property Rights
Jobsenz Pte Ltd owns all rights in the Application and is responsible for defending any third-party IP claims.
16. Applicable Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Singapore shall have jurisdiction.
17. Miscellaneous
17.1 If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in force.
17.2 Amendments or waivers must be in writing.
