In this course, young learners discover what it truly means to lead with confidence, courage, and compassion, inspired by timeless teachings from the Bhagavad Gita. Through engaging stories, relatable characters, and real-life challenges, students will learn to find strength within, take responsible action, and inspire others through example — not position.

This journey transforms hesitation into self-belief, mistakes into lessons, and effort into quiet leadership — guiding every learner to say with pride, “I can lead — starting with myself.”

Course Description:

Module 1: Little Leader

True leadership begins with service, fairness, and purpose — not titles.
In this module, learners explore how to lead through actions, empathy, and balance, following the Gita’s timeless principles. Through stories like The Lunchbox Leader and The Lost and Found Box, they’ll learn to:

• Influence through integrity, not authority (Sloka 3.21)
• Act with skill, devotion, and calm (Sloka 2.50)
• Perform duties with care and excellence (Sloka 18.45)
• Cultivate divine leadership qualities like courage and compassion (Sloka 16.13)
• Do what’s right without craving recognition (Sloka 4.14)

Module 2: Confident Me

Confidence is not loud — it’s steady.
This module helps learners discover inner strength and faith in their abilities, even when results, opinions, or setbacks shake their confidence. Through stories like Beyond the Scoreboard and Rise from Within, they learn to:

• Focus on effort, not outcomes (Sloka 2.47)
• Take small, brave actions without fear (Sloka 3.8)
• Celebrate their own pace and path (Sloka 4.13)
• Trust the flow of life instead of overthinking (Sloka 18.66)
• Build self-worth from within, not from others (Sloka 6.5)
